Heat 5 of 10. This medium heat sauce was inspired by the fruit we found for sale along the roadside in our local Yarra Valley. We caramelised a harvest of beautiful ripe blood plums, added basil and parsley plus a tiny hint of beetroot and spices.

Gluten Free. Contains garlic.
