Gotcha Muchacha Tex Mex Rub

This is probably the rub we here in the Bulldozer family use at home more than any others. Of course, we're huge fans of Mexican and Tex-Mex cooking and this rub is so versatile it can do everything from fajitas to fish tacos to a Mex inspired short rib cook. Not hot but way punchier than your usual Tex Mex or Mexican flavour blends.

We've been perfecting it for over 30 years and frankly, it's there. Done.
